Agent OS 2.0 introduces three major capabilities: multi-agent orchestration for complex workflows, enhanced Agent Studio with visual journey building, and a new Insights dashboard that gives teams unprecedented visibility into agent performance.
Multi-agent orchestration allows enterprises to deploy specialized agents that work together seamlessly. A customer inquiry might start with a triage agent, get routed to a product specialist agent, and hand off to a human expert if needed, all within a single conversation that feels natural and continuous.
The enhanced Agent Studio now supports drag-and-drop journey building, making it possible for non-technical teams to create sophisticated agent workflows. Combined with our new simulation engine, teams can test agent behavior before deployment.
Our new Insights dashboard brings together conversation analytics, performance metrics, and A/B testing in one place. Teams can identify trends, spot issues early, and continuously optimize their agents based on real data.
Agent OS 2.0 is available today for all Pair customers. Existing agents will automatically benefit from performance improvements, and new features can be enabled through Agent Studio or the SDK.
